Many of us understand our ability to have empathy for others. 

 

Yet many have no idea what it is like being an empath and some have never heard the term “empath”.  Having empathy is not the same as being empathic.   

 

I am a highly empathic individual, and I have spent a large part of my life not understanding what that even was… I just knew I experienced things differently than most.  What I now understand as such a beautiful gift was for the longest time a curse that plagued me for over 30years until I mastered the empathic arts.

I now understand why I endured and experienced all that I did...so I could support and connect other empaths!

 

I have now spent several years supporting empaths to heal and thrive.
